Along this quiet side road and literally next to the river/lake, you have got a perfect spot for the night. During summer the beach bar of the Fachhochschule might be noisy and nice at the same time, but they shut down at 11 p.m.

Make sure not to stay here for the whole day, since you might get a ticket (10 Euro) for parking.

I have never heard anybody got a ticket during the night, and I know many people who spent the night at this place.
